We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of appointments. If the appointment is cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, the service deposit will be charged. If you forget or do not show for your appointment, 50% of the service charge will be charged.

We have a lot of treatments to offer that can be customised and tailored to your specific skin goals. This can be quite overwhelming, especially if you’re only just starting your skin journey with us. We recommend booking in a consultation first followed by our “Therapist Selection" option. In your consultation, we will go over a treatment plan and skin care routine tailored specifically to you and your skin needs and goals

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We also offer Afterpay for all product sales and services.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time to ensure all paperwork is completed and you can go through to your appointment promptly at the allocated time slot.

All treatments are to begin on time. To ensure that you receive your full treatment please arrive 15mins prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed. Unfortunately, if you arrive late to your appointment this may cut into your treatment time. Appointments are often booked back to back, so please be on time out of respect for other clients and your therapist. If you miss your appointment 50% off your appointment may be charged as a cancellation fee.

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can. Generally all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delays may occur during peak times and over public holidays.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you believe your product is faulty or arrived damaged please get in contact with our team at hello@projectskin.net.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
